Practice Open offers yoga classes for neighbors and friends to meet and practice yoga together. We are open to discussing partnership opportunities that support Practice Open's mission.

Yoga combines poses, breathing, and introspection to rebalance the body, the mind, and the spirit. This harmony between body, mind, and spirit is our natural state of happiness.
